Q. What parts of India do you ship to?

Currently we are delivering pan India and very soon we will expand our services to outside India. We will keep you informed through our communications.

Q. How long does it take for me to get my products?

Once the order has been accepted, it takes about 7-10 days on average to get your products to you. However kindly be informed that some deliveries might vary slightly depending on multiple factors like stock, weather, natural disasters, festivals, holidays & any pandemic situations etc.

Q. I haven’t received the order confirmation but amount deducted from my bank.

Kindly share the payment details or screenshot, we’ll look into it and revert.

Q. I did not receive my products / missing products in the package, how to go about? 

Though we will make sure that this will not happen to any of our customers, we can’t always avoid human errors. In such a case, we will take responsibility to immediately resolve the issue by contacting us. Q. How can I track my order?

We will provide you tracking no. / contact no. of our courier/delivery  partner associated with your order. Rest assured, our delivery partners will be reaching you in time as mentioned during your checkout. In case if the above didn’t work, drop us a message and we will be happy to get in touch with you to resolve your issue.  

Q. Can I buy your products in bulk?

Yes, you can buy our products in bulk! We are more than happy to extend special discounts. Call us or write to us at pickleberryshop@gmail.com or drop your message via social media instead of placing the order online.

Q. Can I have your product list?

All our products are listed on the website. You can also get in touch with us for your requirements via email and contact numbers provided under the ‘’Contact us” section. We will try and maintain the status quo and you will be able to see on the website if any product is unavailable.

Q. I’m not happy with the products that I received, Will I get a refund?

Q. I have received a broken jar, what to do? 

We apologize, do send us the screenshot of the broken jar along with the package at the time of receiving and we shall re-service your order. 

Q. I have received the wrong order!

Our apologies! Kindly email us along with the image of the product received and we will ensure you get the correct order at the earliest.
