The coriander or more precisely cilantro plants are Nature’s gift to mankind. This herb is magical due to its extremely appetising aroma along with high levels of nutrients. The thick leafy texture mixes so well with rice that you don’t even need curry for a change. The masala is flavourful with dals to strengthen the mix and on the spicier side as we use salem chilli known for its unique pungent taste. Go ahead and add this special herb pickle to your plate.
