Pineapple is cut into thin small pieces and is pickled along with pickle mangoes in Kerala’s traditional pickle style that uses oil, vinegar, salt and masalas grounded from spices. The taste can be quite unique due to the tanginess from pineapple and the sourness from mango; it goes well with chapatis and parathas.
